  I have lived at Casa Ciento for a year and I would not recommend this community. There is a car dealership directly behind the complex and you can hear the sales staff being paged over the loudspeaker at ALL hours. You can also hear the delivery trucks from VONS early in the morning. At first glance, the apartments appears to be in good condition but after careful inspection you can see that the paint is very low quality (my doors had hair and dirt- which had been painted over) the screen doors are bent, and the carpet is very old. Trying to get a repair done in a timely manner is very difficult . The maintenance staff usually needs more than one visit to complete a simple repair. The laundry room regularly has one to two machines that do not work properly. If you happen to put your money in one of them you will not get it back. Casa Ciento makes it a requirement that you take renter's insurance in case the apartment gets damaged or in the case your property gets stolen. Interestingly enough, after having lived there for three months, I had my car broken into when one of the gates to complex was left unrepaired and open overnight. The police stated that the car had been jimmied. Both my ipod and gps were gone. When I reported this to management they stated that it was not their responsibility and that someone would eventually fix the main gate. They suggested I report it to my required renter's insurace to see if they would cover the losses. The staff is very eager to lock you into a lease renewal after your lease expires. Needless to say, as soon as mine expired I gave them notice. For what they charge, you can live in a much safer and well-maintained community.

  Stay away from this place!!! For expensive rent, you get no respect and comfort here, my car was towed from my assigned carport because it hadn't been moved in 72 hours, can you believe that? and they say well if cars are not moved for 96 hours they can be towed, still ridiculous, what if people go on vacation?! and I had to come home see my car is gone without any notice I am pregnant, getting through all the stress thinking that my car was stolen, finally police tells me what has happened, all the hassle and paying $244 to get my car out of the tow yard, and no one is responsible yet, they, Casa Ciento apartments management, say you know towing company told us not to even talk to you!!!!! Now that I'm writing this review is Sunday 10:06 PM and ford dealership beside is playing a loud music on their pager, and paging their staff constantly and it will go on all the night, I have called the ford and leasing office nothing has worked, this place is unbelievable. I read reviews and complains on yelp and here before moving to this place but I was already committed still I wish I had cancelled the contract however I could.
